In the CCTV Market some equipment is advanced and requires skills to install and setup correctly. 
Our installers are UNV certified and are always willing to help out when they can. 
Please contact us with any issue and give us a chance to help before asking for a return. 

We are a small business and are always willing to spend the time to help customers in store , onsite or over phone / email.  

IF you are unsure if the equipment is going to work with the current system you have in place. 
Please contact us first and we can do the research for you. 

 Video Quality , Most of our cameras are setup on Demo.

Most cameras we sell , the resolution can be adjusted to work with most systems.

We Ship With Canada Post for 99% of the orders. (With Tracking #)
Because we are a small business , (We have been in business since 1987)

We normally Recommend in store purchase if you are local. (pre pay & pickup and Save 3%)
Our online Website has never had online shopping until 2024. 
Over the years we have shipped Hundreds of packages.

This is for Canada Post Normal Shipping Locations only.

Special order / Or On order Items normally take 1-2 Weeks to get in.  
Shipping time Depends on the QTY of the order. 
We normally stock a Good Amount of cameras & NVR units , but at the same time we have an retail store. 

**Depending on how the order was paid , And the risk assessment provided by our payment company.** 
Some orders will require extra email / Phone Verification for larger orders.**

1-3 Business Days To Process order & order will be ready to Ship/Dropped off at canada post (Local Pickup can be Quicker) 

Higher End PTZ Cameras , Professional Series NVR. & Large orders. 
2-7 Business Days To Process Order and order will be Ready to Ship/Dropped off at canada post (Local Pickup Can be Quicker) 

IF we do not have the QTY Required for the product instock , We will Air Ship From UNV Canada.
IF for any reason the order will be late , or the QTY Require is not available. 
We will contact you by Email or Phone ASAP and can recommend another model. 

We Can also Ship with Purolator, UPS But because we are a small business this will take extra time.  
If you are Remote (Up north) We can also ship with perimeter airlines

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a “full refund” But normally we can do a exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Unless the manufacturer requests it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (restocking Fee 20%) (D.I.Y Kits are 30% Restock Fee) 

  • Used Cameras that have been mounted. (Please check compatibility with short cable first)
    (Unhappy with picture quality please email us first , as ALL cameras we sell have options to change the default setting.
    Many cameras come set to default and most of the time it is very recommend to adjust settings
  • XVR / NVR that have been setup already to Accounts. (Please factory default systems or remove passwords before return)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. *(Cannot Be Returned)*
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Additional non-returnable items:

    • Damaged Equipment used for Testing & Any Item from 75% off Zone 
      Damaged / Modified Equipment (Painted Cameras)  
      Used Cable / Cables that are Open and was Unrolled (Make sure to buy the right size , or longer than needed) 
      One Time use Connector end Cannot Be returned if Bag is open. (Unless They are Defective)
      USB / Micro SD Cards If opened , Hard drives are Non-Returnable even if not opened. 

    Labour/Installation NO Refunds on Labour used for Repairs / Installation / Equipment Rentals / Testing Equipment
    Labour Discounts will be Provided within a 30-day if you decide you want to “change / Upgrade cameras

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



Sale items

 Sale items in the 75% off Zone cannot be refunded are are final sale. 

RMA ,Exchanges/ Warranty Repairs

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email 
We Repair Most Equipment in store. (Local Drop-off is available) 
UNV Cameras & NVR/XVR have 3 year warranty. 
PTZ UNV cameras are 2 year warranty.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
