📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Free Shipping Eligibility

• We offer Free Shipping on all orders of $2,500 or more.
• Please note: Orders under $2,500 do not qualify for free shipping.

Smaller Orders (Under $2,500)

• Request a Quote: You must Call or Email us to receive a custom shipping quote before completing your order.
• Our Carrier: We ship exclusively via Purolator. Because we do not ship high volumes, we do not receive steep volume discounts. We pass our direct rates on to you.

Use Your Own Shipping Account

To save on freight, you are welcome to use your personal or business account with UPS, Purolator, or FedEx.

1. Checkout: Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout so you are not charged shipping fees.
2. We Package: Once your order is boxed, we will email you the exact box dimensions and total weight.
3. You Label: Email us your pre-paid shipping label and arrange for your carrier to pick up the parcel from our retail storefront.

• Custom Invoicing: If you are a registered dealer or qualify for specific trade discounts, we easily accommodate this by routing your order through a separate, secure invoice via Square.
• Get Set Up: Please contact us directly via email or Instore to activate your dealer pricing.

🏬 Online vs. In-Store Pricing

• Online Rates: Prices listed on our website reflect standard recommended retail pricing.
• In-Store & Multi-Item Discounts: When shopping at our physical storefront, discounts are always available when purchasing multiple items.
• Remote Volume Discounts: If you are buying multiple items online, contact us via email. We can manually apply your multi-item discount and send you a custom invoice.
